Copy all sectors, one to one - allows you to create exact copy of the disk. No matter what file systems you use, all the sectors will be copied (even unused sectors).
Remove free blocks between partitions - allows you to leave no blocks of free space between partitions on the target hard disk.
Perform hard disk surface test - allows you to perform surface test of the new hard disk. If the program finds bad sectors it will mark them as unusable sectors.
Verify writing - may be useful in case of unstable hard disk working. Every write-to disk action is followed by the read-and-compare action.
Copy data and resize partitions proportionally - disabling this feature you can copy your hard disk without resizing.
