While restoration is an operation you perform occasionally, only successful restoration can prove that your backup efforts have not been a waste of time and your backup program really protects your data. Quite often backup programs possess sophisticated backup features but when the time comes to restore the system, they disgrace themselves by being unable to restore something.
Paragon Drive Backup 7.0 Server Edition includes convenient and reliable restore wizards: Restore Wizard and Simple Restore Wizard. The Restore Wizard is to be started within the main window of the program and you just point out the backup archive you want to restore from. It is quick and easy. In case your operating system itself was damaged and became unbootable, you simply boot from Recovery Media or from the CD/DVD with bootable backup archive and find the Simple Restore Wizard there to get access to your backup archives, even network ones.
Paragon Drive Backup 7.0 Server Edition is also supported with the Professional version of Paragon Recovery CD: to give you access to data on hard drive in case of system failure or crash.
Recovery CD is a bootable CD providing full functionality of the program with access to FAT, NTFS, Ext2 and Ext3 partitions on local hard drives. Even when the system is unbootable, with Recovery CD you are able to:
access the important documents and other files
backup/copy partitions to secure place
perform any partitioning operation if needed
try to fix crashed operating system
Professional Recovery CD includes Network Configurator: an easy-to-use utility that allows you to configure network connections when booting from the Recovery CD (or other recovery media). It automatically detects network adapters and obtains the settings from DHPC server: yet you are also able to choose the adapters and configure the network manually. Shared network resources can be mounted.
