Paragon Remote Management (PRM) Console is included into Drive Backup Professional install package. It enables to setup backup tasks and control system/data protection state on multiple machines by one person. Though, each machine is protected by its own copy of Drive Backup, they are all organized into a single backup infrastructure which can be controlled by single PRM Console. It will be installed onto each computer on the workgroup and major backup tasks can be executed locally. This makes the solution suitable in a situation when network is slow or not stable. For example, if workgroup is united into one network through VPN, or even if some of the workgroup computers are not always connected to the net (workgroup laptops). 
Administrator of the workgroup adjusts the backup task schedule for each machine through PRM Console, or creates unique task schedule for the whole group. Usually, administrator sets Cyclic Backup options for the whole workgroup. Each PC will then be protected by its own copy of Drive Backup, which will regularly take backup snapshots of the workgroup computer and place them to the local Backup Capsule. Cyclic Backup will run on each machine autonomously, it will not ask for any user actions and will automatically manage backup checkpoints and the space allocated for the backups. This scenario is especially suitable for the laptops, since they are not always connected to the net. Though, backup is performed locally, users are not required to control it. Workgroup administrator reviews task reports regularly and watches for the backup state relevance. If the crash happens on some of PCs of the workgroup, Administrator can restore it remotely in case of non system-critical crash. In case of serious system crash, Administrator can use bootable Recovery CD (prepared by inbuilt Drive Backup tools on the administrator machine) that will boot damaged machine and restore the system and data from any backup checkpoint that is stored on the local Backup Capsule.
